Not able to delete account.

I need to delete the account i've for safety as i don't use the service but periodically get emails about account stuff so i would like gone

I cant do it myself as i apparently have a “pending attraction or case” despite the fact that i havent used the app or web site in 5+ years

I cant access the help web page as its just blank or just spins

What else am i able to do?
