Binance Futures positions in the EU — what can I do to keep mine open?

I have held Futures positions on Binance for a long time. I've paid funding charges and different costs to take care of them. I lately acquired an e-mail about restrictions on Binance Poland’s providers as a result of it has not obtained MiCA authorisation.

The email says that Margin positions and Binance Loans will probably be mechanically closed or liquidated on 1 October 2026. Nevertheless, it doesn't explain what is going to happen to open Futures positions.

Will Binance shut Futures positions held by users dwelling in Poland? Do comparable restrictions apply to customers in other EU nations?

What particular steps should I take to maintain my positions open? Is there an official process or a method to switch the positions with out closing them? What's the deadline for taking action?

I've maintained these positions for a long time and paid the related prices. I consider it might be unfair to close them and not using a clear rationalization and an inexpensive alternative for users to behave.

Has anyone in Poland or one other EU country acquired a separate notice about Futures or a clear reply from Binance help?
