Binance fee

Hey guys so I have 55$ on pockets I didn't find out about binance pockets and I am new to it so please to maneuver to trade it asking me payment i have small quantity on binance change so I've 52 on trade and its usdt so I convert that to trx at the very least 6 trx now when I attempt to withdraw it says please withdraw 30 trx which is around eight I don't wanna take danger because I actually need this cash so when doing that like the charge is at the very least 6 if I withdraw the 30 trx is it okay will it get stack or it is going to pay the charges instantly
