account restriction

I was making an attempt to withdraw $1 value of LTC to an handle from Hoodpay. Once I tried to withdraw, it acquired rejected and my account was restricted. This half is ok, but I don’t perceive how such an enormous firm like Binance can't merely blacklist these addresses if they are such an enormous drawback.

Other customers have reported that once they tried to withdraw to Hoodpay addresses, their accounts additionally received restricted.
